The Theory and Practice of Socio-Economic Management is a peer-reviewed scholar-practitioner journal that combines theory and practice to promote knowledge of socio-economic management and closely related topics.
The journal originally captured the ideas presented at live SEAM conferences in Minnesota. In 2023, the journal moved to a new home on the SEAM Institute site and expanded its horizons. We still stay true to our mission to share and promote the knowledge of socio-economic management and feature original art as a way to recognize and promote the fundamental SEAM idea of human potential. However, now we will be publishing articles of authors who may not use the language of SEAM yet deliver the same philosophical principle – the balance of economic and human side of organizations.
